Bat Exclusion

The first thing we do is we inspect your home; it isn’t difficult for a bat to gain access to your house, in fact a gap as small as a quarter of an inch is a big enough entry point for bats. During inspection, we will go around all areas of your home, and pinpoint the various potential entry points for bats. We will take our bat control equipment, and place them over these entry points.

We then work our way to the exterior of your home, mainly focusing on the roof; we will tightly seal all gaps and other types of openings on your roofs to prevent any future bat invasion.1

We’ve studied the behavior of bats to understand just about every move they make; with this, we know that bats will leave the safety of your home at dusk to hunt. The bats will leave through the one way exit device, and to their dismay, they will find that they won’t be able to reenter the way the exited.

Because these exclusion pages don’t allow entry from the outside, bats will try everything in their power to try a new entry point; but there are no other entry points, why? Because we have already bat proofed your house!
