August is a busy month for bats in Massachusetts. it was difficult to get a response to my initial phone call, but, once we connected, Baystate was very responsive and sympathetic to my concerns.
Their price was comparable to other quotes I received.
Since they didn’t see any bats (they likely were in the walls), it is impossible to know whether they are all gone. It is great that Baystate has a 3-year warranty, but, frustrating that the only way I will know that I need it is if another bat enters my living space.
