Angie’s List: Review 4

September 11, 2013My son woke up screaming, as I ran to his room I saw a big bat flying around his room. I grabbed him and closed the door as fast as I could. I honestly did not know what to do, as this was the first time I’ve ever encountered a bat. I quickly took to Google and typed in bat removal, and Bay State was the first to come up, so I called them, thinking that I would leave a voicemail because it was in the middle of the night; to my surprise, a gentleman named Mark answered the phone.
I told him that there was a bat flying around in my son’s room, and he said that he would be right over. About a half hour later, Mark arrived to my house, and asked me where the bat was, I showed him the room and he got right to work.
A few minutes later he had the bat trapped in a cage. He said that he would come back in the morning to make sure that was the only bat in our home, he said that usually when there is one bat there is a nest of them somewhere in your home.
Mark came back in the morning, to inspect the house for a nest, and to see if there were any signs leading him to more bats. Thankfully we only had the one bat in our house!
